This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relations between Ginix (hereinafter referred to as Ginix or Administration) on one side and the site user on the other.

The Ginix website is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the Ginix site!

Rights and obligations of parties

The user has the right to:
– receive information on the site
– copy information to other sites with source attribution
– request the administration to hide any information transmitted by the user to the site
– use the site’s information for personal non-commercial purposes
– use the site’s information for commercial purposes with the Administration’s permission

The Administration has the right to:
– at its discretion and as necessary, create, change, or cancel rules
– restrict access to any information on the site
– create, change, or delete information
– delete accounts
– refuse registration without explaining the reasons
– refuse to provide services without explaining the reasons

The user is obligated to:
– ensure the accuracy of the provided information
– protect personal data from third-party access
– update Personal data provided at registration in case of changes
– not distribute information aimed at promoting war, inciting national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for which distribution criminal or administrative liability is envisaged
– not disrupt the website’s functionality
– not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

The Administration is obligated to:

– maintain the website’s functionality except in cases where it is impossible due to reasons beyond the Administration’s control.

Liability of parties

– the user personally bears full responsibility for the information they distribute
– the administration bears no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
– in the event of force majeure (military actions, emergency situations, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, nor the uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into effect upon any use of this site.
The Agreement ceases to be effective upon the emergence of its new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes in the Agreement.
